The specialities in our restaurant are the most authentic expression of a culinary concept based on two fundamental ideas: authenticity and passion. Starting from the tradition linked to the mill, which was once fed by the Rio Plima, we create delicious creations with the main ingredient: wheat. We use its flour to prepare delicious pizzas cooked in a wood oven, which we also offer with a mixture of spelt, rye, kamut and buckwheat. The result? A unique and delicious taste experience! On Saturday- and Sunday night our restaurant turns into a gourmet pizzeria, in the truest sense of the word. We only use seasonal, pure and high-quality ingredients, that truly make the difference in the pizza oven. The pizza dough is allowed to rest for 72 hours in order to attain full maturity.
